What is it?
It is a Finnish sport that involves walking with impulse and acceleration of the speed using poles. Swing your arms according to the gravity point of your body. It is suitable for any age, physical condition and demand.
Benefits
It improves functional capacity, generates endorphins and, being an activity that is usually carried out in a group and in the open air, it favours sociability, reduces stress and improves the immune system. It stimulates coordination and balance and combats the fatigue associated with confinement and sedentary lifestyles.
What do you need?
Sports clothing and footwear for Nordic walking and for walking in the countryside in the corresponding season of the year. It is not necessary to have Nordic walking poles, but if you have them you can bring them with you.
