These General Booking Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the General Conditions) shall govern the commercial relationship that arises between BIENESTAR OLENDA S.L. and the user or client for the booking request made through the forms that BIENESTAR OLENDA S.L. makes available at https://www.olenda.es.
The formalisation of the reservation shall imply the knowledge and express acceptance by the client or user of the pages, the content of the same, of these conditions, as well as the conditions of use established for the navigation of the user through the pages owned by BIENESTAR OLENDA S.L.
These conditions shall apply without prejudice to the application of the legal regulations on the matter that are applicable in each case.
BIENESTAR OLENDA S.L. reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the General Terms and Conditions. Such modifications may be made through its website, by any means admissible by law and shall be binding for as long as they are published on the website and until they are not validly modified by subsequent modifications.
Information prior to booking
BIENESTAR OLENDA S.L. informs that the booking procedure is detailed in the email reply to the completion of the booking form on the website.
By formalising the booking by means of payment, the user or client expressly declares to know, understand, and accept these General Terms and Conditions. Likewise, the user declares to be of legal age and to have the necessary legal capacity to access the BIENESTAR OLENDA S.L. website. The user is responsible for treating confidentially and responsibly the identity and password obtained in the registration as a customer and may not transfer them to another.
HOW THE RESERVATION WORKS
Promotional offers and price reference
HDOSO reserves the right to change the prices of the promotional offers offered to its customers through its website, by simply changing the content of the same. In this way, the products and/or services offered at any given time by the HDOSO website shall be governed by the specific conditions of the promotional offer and by the General Conditions in force in each case. Likewise, the company shall have the right to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the aforementioned products and/or services.
Indication of prices.
Each experience offered will indicate its price and whether VAT or any other applicable tax is included. The prices shown on the screen will be those in force at any given time unless there is a typographical error. When the price is different for the aforementioned reason, HDOSO will inform the client, via e-mail, before proceeding to charge the reservation.
Methods of payment
This Website does not offer payment methods. Payments shall be made through the options provided by e-mail or WhatsApp, with the subject “Booking request”, as follows:
– Bank transfer
– Virtual PST.
These payment methods are only valid through the booking email or WhatsApp.
When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In this case, the corresponding debit and credit entries will be made in the accounts of the supplier and the cardholder as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase has actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for a refund is not the result of exercising the right of withdrawal or termination and, therefore, the cardholder has unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, the cardholder shall be liable to HDOSO for compensation for the damages caused as a result of such cancellation.
Formalising a booking
After completing the booking form provided on the website for each experience, the interested party will receive an email from email@example.com or WhatsApp with the subject “Booking request” indicating the different payment options: bizum, bank transfer or credit card.
For payments made by bank transfer, it will be necessary to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of payment.
The booking shall be deemed to have been formalised from the moment that HDOSO has documentary proof that the payment has been made. For this purpose, HDOSO will send an email or WhatsApp with the subject “booking confirmation” which will confirm that the booking has been formalised.
Booking modifications and cancellation policy:
Booking modifications: If you wish to change the date of the session or modify the number of participants, you may do so within 24 hours of booking and up to 72 hours before the start of the session.
Cancellations will always be communicated in writing, by email to email@example.com.
Up to seven days before the visit, the client may cancel their booking without surcharge, indicating the name of the experience, contact details and booking reference.
Cancellations made by the client up to three days before the date of the activity will be subject to a 50% surcharge. After this time the activities cannot be cancelled and the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
In the event that, due to force majeure, HDOSO is unable to carry out the experience, it will offer an alternative date for the same activity in the quarter following the date in question, provided that the activity takes place and there are places available. If the customer is interested, it will also be possible to exchange the cancelled activity for a different activity that takes place during the relevant quarter. If no alternative can be offered because there is no place available for the same activity or if the client is not interested in any of the alternative activities during the aforementioned quarter, the booking will be cancelled and the amount paid for the booking will be refunded.
Cancellation policy by COVID-19 or due to force majeure
In the event of having to cancel the visit due to symptoms related to COVID-19 or due to force majeure, the experiences not enjoyed will be reimbursed upon presentation of a medical certificate or equivalent to that effect and preferably by the method of payment used.
Conditions for complementary services
1. Kid´s area service conditions: In those experiences where this is expressly indicated, the clientele may contract the kid´s area service.
Children between 5 and 12 years of age will be admitted.
The kid´s area has a maximum capacity of 20 places.
The price will be 10 euros per child. The first sibling will be charged at 8 euros and the following ones at 5 euros.
To contract the service, you must contact us (either by WhatsApp or by email firstname.lastname@example.org) and indicate the number of children who will attend the same.
Payment will be made directly at the farm on the day of the activity.
2. Transport service conditions
Bus transport (round trip) from Valencia (centre) to the olive grove is included in the price of the experiences*.

Acceptance of the COVID-19 Security Protocol Declaration of Conformity and Civil Liability
Rules during the visit:
– The use of a mask will be compulsory if the safety distance of 2 metres cannot be complied with. If for any reason the client does not bring a mask, it will be offered to him/her and he/she will be obliged to use it.
– The use of hydro-alcohol and hand soap is recommended. Available for use during the visit.
– Please use the bins available for disposal of personal materials.
– Make your reservation and payment as soon as possible, as places are limited.
– Preferably use a credit card or Bizum for on-site payment.
– Cancel the visit in case of symptoms related to COVID-19.
