Discover the culture of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) through a tasting with the five senses.

A journey through Valencian territory, culture and identity with three Premium AOVEs:

  • Bardomus. Evoo from Castellón. Variety: Canetera
  • Oli Oli. Evoo from Valencia. Variety: Frantoio
  • Almazara L´Alquería: Evoo from Alicante

  • Sparkling orange and Picual juice
  • Cold pickled shrimp with beetroot, citrus and Canetera
