What does it smell and taste like?
In the nose we find an intense fruity green olive typical of the picual variety. It is a clean oil, with herbaceous and fruity notes. Fresh grass, tomato and artichoke appear almost in unison with aromas of riper fruits such as apple, green banana and almond. With light citric touches. On the palate it has a smooth entry and the same sensations appear. Balanced bitterness and spiciness. Harmonious and persistent.
Who is behind this bottle?
Beatriz leads this project full of passion. The name NOVEMBER is a small tribute to her grandmother, a lover of the world of the olive grove and EVOO, who loved this month, as she told them that it was the time of year when the village of Arquillos (Jaén) came back to life and traditional values were recovered around the work in the fields and family togetherness, the smell of the fireplace, the noise of the tractors in the morning, the moment of unloading the olives when they arrived at the oil press.
How or with what do I cook it?
