Medium-high green fruitiness on the nose, with aromas of tomato, apple, and freshly cut grass, and medium bitterness and high, persistent spiciness on the palate. Aftertaste of nuts: almonds.
Who is behind this bottle?
Today, Hugo Quintanilla is the face of Señoríos de Relleu, a brand born from the legacy of his father, Eliseo Quintanilla Almagro. Raised in a farming family in the countryside of Cartagena, Eliseo devoted himself to natural pharmacy, researching the benefits of oleuropein, found in olive leaves. His passion for olive groves grew over the years and he passed it on to Hugo from a very young age. Now, alongside him, Hugo continues on that path with the same dedication, bringing the family essence of Señoríos de Relleu into the present and the future.
What should I combine it with?
