What does it smell and taste like?

On the nose: When brought to the nose, an intense green fruity aroma unfolds, transporting us to the freshness of the Cordoba orchard. Aromas of olive leaves and freshly cut grass intertwine with notes of tomato and delicate floral touches, culminating in hints of almond. On the palate: it has a sweet and pleasant attack. It is a harmonious and balanced oil. The bitterness and spiciness are of medium intensity and linger on the palate, adding depth and character.
